I am unable to log in to my account / I forgot my password. What should I do?
If there is a red frame around the login boxes, it means that you have entered incorrect login information. Please go to “Forgot Password” at the top of the page and key in your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.

What are the different ways to buy a ticket?
Online booking only. No onsite sales.
Do children need special tickets to attend the event?
Reduced-price tickets are available for some of the product types. Check out the event page and the product descriptions for all the details before you get your tickets!
Can I cancel my tickets after purchase?
Unfortunately, after confirmation and payment for tickets, cancellations are not accepted.
What are the delivery options available for my tickets?
Here are the options available:
- Onsite pick-up: Bring Your Own Boat product only. Further details can be found on the event page.
- E-tickets: any other ticket type.

The Race Stadium is located on the Rotonda Marinai d’Italia , Lungomare V. Emanuele III, 74123 Taranto TA.
The Race Stadium entrance is at the corner of Lungomare V. Emanuele III and Via Giuseppe Massari. Waterfront Access and Waterfront Premium ticket holders are based in the Race Stadium.
The boarding point for the On - Water Experience is located in Piazzale Democrate.
The flag collection point for BYOB is at the Jonian Dolphins Conservation office located at Molo Sant'Eligio - Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 1, 74123 Taranto TA
