• General public sale: 17 September 2026 10am
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online in advance from sailgp.com/tickets from 17 September 2026
How many tickets can I buy?
There is no maximum limit on the number of tickets you can purchase, subject to availability.
Each product requires a separate booking. For example, to attend Shark Island and Dockside, or book a Spectator Boat, separate orders are needed for each ticket type.
Do you do weekend tickets?
Weekend tickets are not available. If you want to attend both days, you will need to buy a day ticket for each day in two separate bookings.
When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket QR codes will be sent approximately 10 days before the event to the same email used for the booking.
If you don’t see your confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR codes will appear in the Fever app 10 days before the event takes place.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
Tickets are only valid for the date and time selected at purchase, and we’re not able to make changes once confirmed. We recommend double-checking all details carefully before booking to make sure you choose the option that works best for you.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. We recommend securing your tickets early to avoid disappointment, as tickets are not available on the day at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, as soon as your tickets are issued (10 days before the event), you will be able to transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Shark Island is located within the racecourse and in an on-water exclusion zone, so you cannot leave and re-enter during the event. You will only be able to depart once racing has finished and ferry transfers begin, unless in the case of an emergency.
Once onboard a Spectator Boat, you cannot leave and re-enter during the event. You will only be able to disembark once the boat has returned to dock.
