TICKETING
What happens to those who have already purchased 2026 premium category tickets?
All existing ticket holders will be contacted directly. You’ll have the option to receive a credit for the full amount previously paid (equal to the cost of the new Premium Spectator Boat experience), or request a full refund.
What does the 2026 on-water spectator experience look like?
The on-water experience will provide fans with an exciting and immersive way to watch the action up close, with premium views of the racecourse and exclusive amenities onboard spectator boats. Full details will be shared in the coming months.
When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket QR codes will be sent approximately 10 days before the event to the same email used for the booking.
If you don’t see your confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR codes will appear in the Fever app 10 days before the event takes place.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
Tickets are only valid for the date and time selected at purchase, and we’re not able to make changes once confirmed. We recommend double-checking all details carefully before booking to make sure you choose the option that works best for you.
What is your refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable except as required under NY state law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. We recommend securing your tickets early to avoid disappointment, as tickets may not be available on the day.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, as soon as your tickets are issued (10 days before the event), you will be able to transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Official Spectator Boat - Premium

Children 5–17 need a child ticket; under 5s require a free infant ticket with an adult ticket.

ACCESSIBILITY
Official Spectator Boats
Some spectator boats in New York will be wheelchair accessible; however, vessel assignments have not yet been confirmed.
If you or anyone in your party uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility, please contact ticketing@sailgp.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you’re allocated to a suitable vessel.
WEATHER & WHAT TO BRING
Is the event weather-dependent?
No, it’s a rain-or-shine event. Racing may be delayed if conditions are unsafe. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
What should I bring?
• Hat and sunscreen
• Light jacket or raincoat

Umbrellas are not allowed as they block views for other fans.
FOOD & DRINK
Are food and drinks available?
Premium packages include a selection of canapés and house beverages.
Platinum packages offer food service and an open bar with a range of standard drinks.
Please note: menu selections and beverage options may vary.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
Outside food or drink is not permitted. Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items or baby food after proper inspection
Litter & recycling
Please use onboard bins for all waste. Single-use plastic bottles are not permitted.

Are there restrooms?
Yes, all vessels have restroom facilities.
First aid
A first aid kit and trained staff are available on board each vessel.
SECURITY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Bag policy
One small bag per person allowed (max 30 × 30cm).
Prohibited items
Glass, alcohol, single-use plastic bottles, weapons, fireworks, drones are not permitted.
Smoking & vaping
Strictly prohibited onboard.
Drones / UAV
Not permitted due to NYC Air Exclusion Zone regulations.

Child Policy
Official Spectator Boat – Premium
- Children aged 5–17 years require a Child Ticket.
- Children under 5 years are free, but a complimentary Under 5s ticket must be added to your order alongside an Adult Ticket at the time of purchase.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Official Spectator Boat – Platinum
- Only full-priced tickets are available for purchase.
Do you offer family ticket bundles?
Yes. On our Premium Official Spectator Boats, Family bundles are available for two adults and two children (aged 5-17) only. This package offers a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual tickets.
Buggies & strollers
Buggies and Strollers are not permitted due to limited space on board and the use of stairs to access facilities. We recommend bringing infants in a baby carrier instead.
