The following groups are eligible for meia-entrada, upon presentation of the required documentation:
Students
Accepted document: Official, nationally standardized Student ID Card (CIE).
People aged 60 or older
Accepted document: Official photo ID.
Low-income youth (15–29 years old)
Accepted documents: Youth ID (ID Jovem) + official photo ID.
People with disabilities (PcD)
Accepted documents: Continuous Cash Benefit Card (BPC), or INSS document proving retirement under LC 142/2013.
Note: A companion is also eligible when accompaniment is legally required.
Teachers and education professionals from state and private institutions in Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
Accepted documents: Paycheck or employee ID card issued by the employing institution.
Teachers and professionals from the Rio de Janeiro municipal public school system
Accepted document: Employee ID card issued by the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Department of Education.
Young people up to 21 years of age
Accepted document: Official photo ID or other valid identification document with photo.

Absolutely! Tickets are not nominative. Once your tickets are issued (around 10 days before the event), you'll be able to download them as a PDF in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. Simply click the button that will appear below the QR code.
Please note that we do not recommend using screenshots, as they may cause issues at the entrance.
Important: All unapproved resale is prohibited. Tickets purchased through third-party sellers or unofficial platforms may be denied entry. Always transfer tickets directly through the Fever app to ensure validity.
Getting to the Event
We’re an event powered by nature and with sustainability at the forefront of all actions. We encourage all our event attendees to use public transportation options and walk or cycle when possible.
We encourage the use of public transportation whenever possible. You can plan your journey using the Moovit application. Payment methods vary by service — cash is widely accepted, and card or contactless payment may be available on some routes, though not all buses support contactless payments, so please check in advance. Travel cards can also be purchased prior to travel.

Accessible and wheelchair-accessible viewing options are available across several areas of the event site:
Grandstand C: wheelchair-accessible area located at the front of the block.
VELA Beach Club: fully accessible with space for wheelchair users; as a lounge environment, there is no designated wheelchair area, offering flexible viewing around the space.
Grandstand A: accessible seating available in the front row.
Grandstand B: accessible seating available in the front row.
Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase the relevant ticket type, and companions are welcome to join them in the designated viewing areas. Companion tickets should be added at checkout and are provided free of charge.
Please note: In some circumstances, event staff may request proof of disability to confirm eligibility for accessible tickets and facilities.
Weather
Yes. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine. If severe weather results in the cancellation of racing, refunds will be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy on our website.

Lost and Found
Any lost items will be taken to the Information Point located just outside the Race Stadium entrance. If you need help locating an item, please speak to one of our Event Ambassadors.
Items found inside the Race Stadium will be held until closing time on Sunday, 12 April. After this date, any unclaimed items will be responsibly disposed of.
Families
Yes. Family bundles are available for two adults and two children only. This package offers a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual tickets.
Accessible and concession tickets cannot be used in conjunction with a family bundle. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations should instead select one accessible ticket, one free companion ticket, and two child tickets, which will work out to a similar or lower price than the family bundle.
