TICKETING

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be available first to SailGP+ subscribers during an exclusive presale beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, November 10, 2025.

To access the presale, make sure you’re subscribed to SailGP+ in advance to receive your presale password. Please also check your SailGP account settings to confirm you’ve opted in to receive communications from SailGP.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 12pm AST

How do I buy tickets? Tickets can be purchased online in advance from sailgp.com/tickets/bermuda from November 13, 2025
When will I receive my ticket? Your ticket QR codes will be sent approximately 10 days before the event to the same email used for the booking. If you don’t see your confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR codes will appear in the Fever app 10 days before the event takes place.
What is your refund policy? Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Bermuda Consumer Law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, as soon as your tickets are issued (10 days before the event), you will be able to transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I leave and re-enter the Race Stadium? Yes. Re-entry is permitted. Show your ticket to security when leaving and again when returning. Please note that everyone must go through the same security screening again when re-entering.
How do I get a tax invoice for my purchase? Fever can provide a tax invoice for any SailGP ticket purchase. Please contact galileo.finlayson@feverup.com with your order number.

ACCESSIBILITY

Do you offer accessible tickets?

Yes. We offer both wheelchair and accessible tickets.

Wheelchair tickets provide access to a designated viewing area and include one free companion ticket. Accessible tickets are for guests who do not use a wheelchair but need easier access seating close to amenities. When purchasing an Accessible / Wheelchair ticket, you are entitled to one free companion. Don’t forget to add this to your cart.

If you have specific needs, please contact ticketing@sailgp.com before booking so we can help find the best option.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes. The Race Stadium will include accessible restrooms, ramps, and staff assistance where needed.
Are service dogs allowed? Yes. Registered service animals are welcome within the Race Stadium.

GETTING TO THE EVENT

Event location Location: Morgan's Point, Bermuda We encourage all attendees to use public transportation, bike, or walk whenever possible.

WEATHER AND WHAT TO BRING

Is the event weather-dependent?

No. SailGP is a rain or shine event. Racing may be delayed if conditions are unsafe.

If racing cannot proceed, updates will be sent by email to the address used for your ticket purchase.

What should I bring?
  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Reusable water bottle (no single-use plastic)
Please note: Umbrellas are not allowed as they block views for other fans. There will be limited shade available in the Race Stadium. Check the forecast and dress appropriately for the conditions.

FOOD AND DRINK

Are food and drinks available on site? Yes. A range of food and beverage vendors will be available throughout the Race Stadium. Menus may vary daily and feature locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
Can I bring my own food or drinks? No outside food, drinks, or coolers may be brought into the Race Stadium. Exceptions are made for baby food and medically necessary items after inspection.
Litter and Recycling

Please bring a reusable water bottle and use our free refill stations. Single-use plastic bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated at entry.

SailGP aims to divert as much waste from landfill as possible. Thank you for supporting our sustainability goals.

FACILITIES

Are there restrooms? Yes, including accessible restrooms.
Is there a Fan Shop? Yes. Visit the on-site fan shop during Race Stadium hours for official SailGP merchandise.
Is there a First Aid area? Yes. Our first aid team will be located inside the Race Stadium. Please ask any event ambassador if you need help.
Is there a left luggage facility? No. There will be no storage area for bags, strollers, or personal items. Please check the bag policy before arrival.

SECURITY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

Bag policy One small bag (maximum 12 x 12 inches) plus one clutch or purse per person.
Bag checks

All bags will be searched at entry.

Prohibited items include:

  • Umbrellas
  • Glass or cans
  • Single-use plastic bottles
  • BBQs
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • Illegal substances
  • Fireworks or flares
  • Political materials
  • Speakers or sound systems
  • Drones or UAVs (due to the Air Exclusion Zone)

This list is not exhaustive. Items are subject to approval by the Security Manager based on local licensing conditions. Confiscated items cannot be returned after the event.

Smoking and Vaping The Race Stadium is a smoke and vape free site including e-cigarettes and marijuana.

FAMILIES

Are children allowed?

Yes.

Ages 5 to 17 require a Child ticket. Children under 5 can enter free of charge but must be accompanied and supervised at all times. They must be able to sit on an adult’s lap. Anyone aged 18 or older requires an Adult ticket.

Do you offer family ticket bundles?

Yes. Family bundles are available for two adults and two children only. This package offers a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual tickets.

Accessible tickets cannot be used in conjunction with a family bundle. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations should instead select one accessible ticket, one free companion ticket, and two child tickets, which will work out to a similar or lower price than the family bundle.

Can I bring a stroller? Yes, but please note there are no baby changing facilities or storage areas available.

LOST PROPERTY If you lose something, please visit the Information Point near the Race Stadium entrance or speak to a member of staff.
