GETTING TO THE EVENT
We encourage all attendees to use public transportation, bike, or walk whenever possible.
Parking is available for ticket holders and must be pre-booked in advance.
Parking availability
Your booking provides complimentary parking within a designated parking area for your selected event day. Please ensure you bring both your parking confirmation and a valid event ticket, as these will be required for entry.

Parking is valid only for the selected day of attendance. We recommend arriving early to allow sufficient time for parking and transfers.

Your ticket QR codes have been issued to the same email used for the booking.
If you don’t see your confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
Absolutely! Tickets are not nominative. Once your tickets are issued (around 10 days before the event), you’ll be able to download them as a PDF in the Fever app, under the “Tickets” section. Simply click the button that will appear below the QR code.
Please note that we do not recommend using screenshots, as they may cause issues at the entrance.

Live race commentary: Tune in to expert play-by-play updates via FM radio, immersing you in every thrilling moment
Mandatory pre-event requirements: BYOB ticket holders must complete a short questionnaire included in their confirmation email
Safety briefing & access codeword: Guests must watch the instructional safety video and confirm the codeword to be eligible to collect their BYOB flag
Flag collection: BYOB flags can be collected during race week (Thursday to Saturday only)

ACCESSIBILITY
Yes. We offer both wheelchair and accessible tickets.
Wheelchair tickets provide access to a designated viewing area and include one free companion ticket. Accessible tickets are for guests who do not use a wheelchair but need easier access seating close to amenities. When purchasing an Accessible / Wheelchair ticket, you are entitled to one free companion. Don’t forget to add this to your cart.

WEATHER AND WHAT TO BRING
The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. Racing may be brought forward or delayed if conditions or weather forecasts are unsafe. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
In the event of inclement weather causing the cancellation of racing, refunds would be offered in line with the Refund Policy on our website.
FOOD AND DRINK
Please bring a reusable water bottle and use our free refill stations. Single-use plastic bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated at entry.
SailGP aims to divert as much waste from landfill as possible. Thank you for supporting our sustainability goals.

Yes. Race Stadium ticket holders may bring small personal cameras and mobile devices for non-commercial use.

Guests wishing to use professional or commercial filming equipment must apply for Filming Accreditation in advance. Accredited individuals will be subject to specific guidelines, including equipment approval, filming restrictions, and usage rights.

FAMILIES
Yes.
Ages 5 to 17 require a Child ticket. Children under 5 can enter free of charge but must be accompanied and supervised at all times. They must be able to sit on an adult’s lap. Anyone aged 18 or older requires an Adult ticket.
Yes. Family bundles are available for two adults and two children only. This package offers a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual tickets.
Accessible tickets cannot be used in conjunction with a family bundle. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations should instead select one accessible ticket, one free companion ticket, and two child tickets, which will work out to a similar or lower price than the family bundle.
